Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your access to and use of Kasyafi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use Kasyafi for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Kasyafi service

Kasyafi provides tools for organizing user-entered financial information, estimating cash flow, planning obligations, evaluating affordability, exploring debt strategies, and reviewing extracted document information.

Features, calculations, availability, and limits may change as the service develops. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including experimental document-processing features.

Not financial advice

Kasyafi is an informational planning tool—not a bank, lender, credit bureau, accountant, broker, insurer, or licensed financial adviser.

Outputs are estimates based on the information you provide and the assumptions shown in the service. They are not offers, guarantees, credit decisions, professional advice, or predictions of future results. Verify important figures and consult a qualified professional before making significant financial, tax, legal, insurance, or investment decisions.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, protect access to your email and devices, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not share an account in a way that defeats security controls or access another person’s workspace without authorization.

Your information and documents

You retain ownership of information and documents you submit. You grant Kasyafi and its service providers a limited right to host, process, copy, transmit, and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service or comply with law.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the information and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Do not upload unnecessary government identifiers, passwords, full payment-card credentials, or information you are not authorized to process.

Document extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing extracted fields before approving an import or relying on them in a plan.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Kasyafi for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Probe, scan, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, access controls, rate limits, or service integrity.
• Upload malware or content that infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights.
• Use automated means to scrape, overload, or extract data from the service without written permission.
• Reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits.
• Misrepresent Kasyafi outputs as professional advice, guaranteed results, or official financial records.

Third-party services and advertising

Kasyafi may rely on or link to third-party authentication, hosting, database, email, document-processing, and advertising services. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

Kasyafi rights

Kasyafi and its licensors own the service, software, visual design, trademarks, and other materials we provide, excluding your information. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to provide a reliable and secure service, but availability may be interrupted and data may be delayed, incomplete, lost, or inaccurate. Keep independent copies of information you need for financial, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that any plan will produce a specific result. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kasyafi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Kasyafi and request account deletion through available account controls. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or address a material violation of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Kasyafi changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when changes are material and required by law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of agreement.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your location applies.
